How-To Subscribe
Treat yourself to a monthly box full of fresh-baked goodies, or send a thoughtful gift to sweeten someone's day! Here's how you do it:
1. Choose your Level
Decide which subscription level is right for you! There are 1-month, 3-month and 6-month offerings. For gifting, the Dainty Box is suggested.
2. Sign Up/Log In
Once you've made your choice, press "Select" and fill out the simple signup form. If you're purchasing a gift subscription, please sign up with YOUR info; we'll enter Giftee information later!
3. Subscribe & Go!
Fill out the requested information & preferred payment method, and wait for your treats to arrive! Gift Recipient info is optional, unless you are gifting a subscription.
Subscription Box Policy
Each month, members will receive a pre-selected box of Great Exbaketations Bakery treats (all subscription levels include free shipping on every box). You’ll find out the contents of the next month’s box one week before it ships and receive an email with tracking information once the boxes are on their way.
There are three subscription levels: Dainty (1-month subscription), Delicacy (3-month subscription) and Delight (6-month subscription). Boxes ship via USPS Priority Shipping, and are available within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
Shipping Schedule: The first Monday of each month (next-day if a holiday)
* October: Week of 10/6
* November: Week of 11/3
* December: Week of 12/1
* January: Week of 1/5
If your subscription is purchased during the last week of the month, the next month will be skipped so you don't receive too many treats within a short period of time. For example, if you place your first subscription order on September 26th, your October box will be skipped, and your next box will be sent during the week of November 14th.
Members on the Delicacy or Delight plans will be able to cancel or pause their membership after 3 months of enrollment. Prepaid and gift subscriptions are not eligible for cancellations. Please contact the Bakery at greatexbaketationsbychey@gmail.com if you'd like to pause your subscription after the 3-month minimum.
To make this subscription a surprise gift, it is recommended to select the Prepaid option. A confirmation email will be sent to the recipient at the time the order is placed so we recommend placing the order at the time of the surprise or special occasion.
Please Note: Discount/coupon codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes. No substitutions on preselected box items. As per Bakery policy, no refunds, returns or exchanges.
