Cheyenne Simmons is a long-time resident and native of the Albany, NY area. Great Exbaketations was born of her love for libations, coupled with her need to create in the kitchen! Mom of one, champion of local products and a self-described "cool nerd," when Cheyenne isn't baking she is cooking, reading, enjoying water sports or eating something spicy... and of course washing it down with a delicious, locally-made drink.

Great Exbaketations Bakery is an Albany, NY-based bakery, specializing in made-to-order "booze-infused" Bundt cakes and treats. Owned and operated by Cheyenne Simmons, an Albany native that takes pride in showcasing local ingredients and spirits in her creations.

Great Exbaketations Bakery has been featured in the Albany Times Union and Real Simple Magazine, and has expanded the menu to include Vegan & Virgin cake options, as well as other delectable goods. Currently available to ship, at various local markets & pop-up events, as well as corporate/catered events.
