The Vegan Brillantina Cake is a rainbow cake, flavored with vanilla and cherry, topped with delicious vanilla icing and a hint of glitter. Fifty percent (50%) of proceeds from its sales will be donated to The Trevor Project. I’ve chosen The Trevor Project again this year in response to the accelerated and ongoing anti-trans legislation being introduced and passed in the United States, creating devastating impacts & violation of civil liberties, particularly for children and youth. The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and mental health organization for LGBTQ youth.
Both dairy and vegan options are available, and can be made with or without cherry liqueur. Available in the 6” mini size only (3-4 servings) the entire month of June.
