The Brillantina Cake is a rainbow cake, flavored with vanilla and cherry, topped with delicious vanilla icing and a hint of glitter. Fifty percent (50%) of proceeds from its sales will be donated to Capital Pride Center. I’ve chosen Capital Pride Center this year as they are the longest continuously operating LGBTQ community center, right here in Albany!
Both dairy and vegan options are available, and can be made with or without cherry liqueur. Available in the 6” mini size only (3-4 servings) the entire month of June.
