Great Exbaketations Bakery is an Albany-based bakery specializing in made-to-order “booze-infused” Bundt cakes. Owned and operated by Cheyenne Simmons, an Albany native who takes pride in showcasing local ingredients & distilleries in her creations. Great Exbaketations has been featured in the Albany Times Union, Real Simple Magazine and several local food blogs, and has expanded the menu to include Vegan and Virgin cake options as well.

Great Exbaketations offers cakes in two convenient sizes: Full-size cakes are 10" and serve 10-12, and Mini Bundts are 6" and serve 3-4. Must be 21+ to order. Seasonal cakes vary and will be updated on the website and social media outlets. All cakes will contain wheat, eggs and alcohol unless otherwise noted.
Orders can be placed online 24 hrs a day, orders are processed Monday-Friday from 9 to 4. Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment, as cakes are made to order. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of order placement.
